Video Editing Commission (Short Form) – Terms of Service (TOS)1. Services
I provide editing for short-form content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), including cuts, captions, transitions, sound design, and basic visual effects. Any additional services must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.2. Payment* Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
* Prices vary depending on project scope, complexity, and turnaround time.
* Payments are non-refundable once work has started.3. Revisions* A set number of revisions (typically 1–3) is included per project.
* Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
* Major changes after approval of a draft may be treated as a new project.4. Turnaround Time* Delivery timelines will be agreed upon before starting.
* Delays may occur if communication or required assets are not provided on time.5. Client Responsibilities* Provide all necessary footage, assets, instructions, and references before work begins.
* Ensure you have the rights to all materials supplied.
* Be clear and specific with requests to avoid delays.6. Usage Rights* Final edited videos may be used by the client for personal or commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.
* I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and for promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.7. Cancellation* If the client cancels after work has begun, partial payment may be retained based on work completed.
* I reserve the right to decline or cancel a project at any time, with appropriate refund consideration if work has not been completed.8. Communication* All communication should remain respectful and professional.
* Delays in response may affect delivery timelines.9. Liability* I am not responsible for platform performance (views, engagement, etc.).
* I am not liable for any copyright issues arising from client-provided materials.10. Agreement
